Afaq Egypt, as one of the leading agents of several food and beverage companies in the Middle East and Africa, participated in the 4th International Trade Fair for Food and Beverages “Food Africa 2018”, Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Center, with 320 local and foreign companies representing 32 countries from around the world.

The exhibition is organized by the Export Council for Food Industries, the Chamber of Food Industries of the Federation of Industries and the Export Council of Agricultural Crops, in cooperation with the Export Development Authority and Concept Company for organizing exhibitions and conferences.

Afaq Misr Import & Export Company and its Chairman Mr. Hany Abbas were keen to attend meetings, communicate with companies and keep abreast of developments in African markets.

In continuation of the expansion plan initiated by the company recently, Afaq has made a new deal between one of its distinguished customers and Holw El Sham Company. The deal included different types of juices produced by Holw El Sham.

It is worth mentioning that Afaq Misr has dealt with Holw Al Sham as one of the most important companies that produces high quality food products.

Afaq has organized a mass iftar party at Mercure hotel in cairo on Wednesday 6th June 2018 corresponding to 22th Ramadan 1439 under the patronage of Chairman Eng. Hany Abbas & Rani company, in the presence of a large number of clients and agents, as well as some businessmen, armed forces men, media personnel and well-known political figures.

Afaq was participated, as one of the most important agencies of Aujan Company, in Gulfood exhibition in Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) in UAE, the world’s largest food and beverage trade show, where the latest products and innovations in food industry are released. The exhibition was held for 5 days from 18^th February 2018 to 22^nd February 2018. Afaq Misr was participated in the pursuit of development and to keep up with the latest.

Afaq interested in attending and participating in this exhibition in order to expand its activity and in the interest of its clients to provide them with the latest products with the best prices and quality to pave the way for them to differentiate between their competitors in the food products markets, and to be able to adapt to the constantly changing in needs of markets. Eng. Hany Abbas was participated in Gulfood 2017 as visitor in his capacity as the Chairman of the board of directors of the company, and was also invited in the exhibition of when it was held in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt.

It’s worth to be mentioned that Gulfood is an annual exhibition organized by Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) for 23 years, thousands of companies are participating as exhibitors in it from different nationalities and exhibit their products across eight dedicated sectors: Beverages, Dairy products, Fats products, Oils, Health products, Wellness products, Organic materials, Pulses, Cereals, Meat and Poultry, major brands and international foods. It also attended by tens of thousands of workers in the food industry who are looking for the latest and best products at the best prices from around the world.
